Woodcliff Hotel & Spa provides complimentary van transportation to and from the Greater Rochester International Airport and the Amtrak station between the hours of 6:00AM and 10:30PM, Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, this complimentary shuttle service is provided between 7:00AM and 10:30PM.
Advance reservations are required for prompt service. Please call the hotel directly at 585-248-4806 two weeks in advance of the earliest arrival date. Shuttle reservations are based on availability.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in advance to hold reservations on a definite basis. In the event your group needs to cancel a lunch or dinner reservation, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If cancellation is not made within 24 hours your credit card will be charged the full rate of the meal charge plus tax. All large party reservations will have a 20% automatic service charge applied to the final bill. Guarantees are required one business day in advance. Conference attendees can fly into the Greater Rochester International Airport on the following airlines: AIR CANADA, AirTran Airways, American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, JetBlue Airways, Northwest Airlines, UNITED AIRLINES, and US AIRWAYS.
Approximate travel time to the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa from airport is 20-25 minutes; average cab fare $35-40.
By Train*
Reservations can be made at www.amtrak.com. The local Amtrak station is found at 320 Central Avenue in downtown Rochester.
Approximate travel time to the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa from Amtrak is 15-20 minutes; average cab fare is $25-30.
By Car
From NYS Thruway:
Take Exit 45 (Rochester 490 Exit) – pass through tollbooths.
Stay to the right of the road and follow signs to Route 96 North – turn right on Route 96 North.
Woodcliff Drive is the 7th traffic light. (Pass Eastview Mall on left).
Turn right onto Woodcliff Drive.
